GARTH DAVOS

Senior Architectural Technician

Garth is a key member of our team of technicians, bringing over 15 years of experience in all facets of technical documentation. He works across a broad range of sectors including cultural and civic, education, social justice, infrastructure, residential and heritage, contributing strong technical coordination and a practical understanding of construction. 

He has a depth of knowledge in education and community projects, with experience navigating regulatory requirements, accessibility standards and design guidelines for public buildings. He has extensive experience in heritage conservation and adaptive reuse, working closely with GGA’s heritage team to resolve complex detailing and integrate contemporary requirements into existing fabric. 

His portfolio includes high-security and technically complex projects such as correctional and secure facilities, aquatic centres, transport infrastructure and multi-storey developments. He plays a critical role in maintaining GGA’s CAD and BIM standards and library, contributing to the consistency and quality of documentation across the practice.
