NICOLE DENT

Managing Director

Nicole is a Senior Project Architect with extensive experience managing teams in a number of sectors, including education, heritage, commercial, sports & leisure facilities and adaptive reuse projects.

Nicole was appointed as an Associate with Grieve Gillett Architects in 2018 and became an Associate Director in 2019. She is leading many of our education projects as well as providing heritage advisory services to large teams. She works closely with clients, consultants and key stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes with an exceptional level of value for money, whilst maintaining design and functional intent.

Nicole is highly experienced in leading consultation and stakeholder engagement. She enjoys working with clients to understand their needs, setting a clear framework and delivery strategy for the project, and providing a clear line of communication with stakeholders so they have a detailed understanding of the design process. Nicole is also Secretary of the SA Chapter of Learning Environments Australia and regularly undertakes professional development to ensure she is across the latest trends for contemporary learning spaces.

She has worked in offices in London, Queensland and Adelaide on projects in Europe, Asia and nationally across Australia.
