HEATHER WASLEY

Director

Heather believes architecture has the ability to improve people’s quality of living, whether it be your home, school, play space, workplace or healthcare facility.

Particularly passionate about residential, affordable housing, fostering community and access to nature, Heather remains focused on people, not on creating icons.

As someone who loves working directly with the end user of buildings, Heather particularly relishes residential architecture and has delivered bespoke residential homes, luxury multi-home developments, medium and high density housing and  mixed-use developments. Heather has extensive experience in working for individual private clients, not-for-profit organisations, community housing providers and developers. Heather is highly experienced and adept at leading projects from procurement to delivery, managing contractors and consultants while ensuring adherence to budget, brief and schedule.

With a broad and well-rounded skill set married with a down-to-earth personality, Heather easily adapts to project challenges and changing situations. She has a strong work ethic and is dedicated to creative, high quality outcomes for her clients and end users. She takes the time to listen, respond and share, ensuring clients’ needs are heard and captured and that the project team is aligned.
