The Kurralta Park Townhouses are a thoughtfully designed collection of two-storey townhouses, tailored for young families, professionals, and first-home buyers. Each of the five townhouses offers three well-proportioned bedrooms, providing flexibility for growing families or those needing extra space.
Designed with a focus on quality and affordability, these homes integrate dedicated work-from-home and study areas, dual living areas as well as private landscaped courtyards that maximize natural light and ventilation. Bathrooms and Powder rooms have been designed in accordance with the Liveable Housing design guidelines.
