Talented graduate Jafar brings a growing portfolio across health and aged care, multi-residential developments and urban renewal projects. He has assisted on numerous hospital and residential projects, always driven by how people interact with spaces and how feedback can inform better design outcomes. Whether shaping large-scale community frameworks or intimate residential dwellings, Jafar values creating spaces where architecture connects with everyday life.
Jafar’s passion for architecture emerged at an early age, specialising in SACE level Architecture and CAD. An eager learner, Jafar worked at a series of well-respected local practices, holding student roles alongside his university studies, providing him with real-world experience in detailed construction documentation, concepts, virtual reality and visualisations. Technologically adept, with a background in PC building and digital media, he integrates virtual tools into design processes with ease.
Guided by a belief in lasting community impact, Jafar draws inspiration from timeless Japanese design, sustainable design principles and user consultation. Jafar approaches design like a shared puzzle, thriving in team environments where ideas flow, questions are welcomed, and creativity is playful. His friendly, adaptive nature and curiosity make him a collaborator who listens first, then designs with empathy and vision.
