DANIEL GRILLI

Architect

As a passionate advocate for cycling and walking, Daniel approaches both his personal life and professional projects to maximise active transport opportunities to promote healthy cities and communities.

In addition to his design and visual communication skills, Daniel brings a deep curiosity and respect for the stories behind the people and places of the projects he works on.

Daniel works primarily across our education and civic portfolios. His interests in narrative, human movement and place also position him well to assist on master planning and urban design projects. A quick learner, Daniel is adept at an evolving array of software and visualisation techniques to aid in design and client communication.

Prior to studying architecture Daniel worked in the wine industry and holds a degree in Viticulture and Oenology, maintaining hands-on involvement in his family business. As well as the knowledge of processing and production facilities this provides, it also allowed Daniel to develop an appreciation of the important interconnection between landscape, people and buildings.
