Charlie is a project lead and senior architect with experience across education, civic, cultural, residential and community projects. Charlie is skilled in delivering work from strategic master planning and feasibility through to detailed design, documentation and construction. His portfolio includes schools, early learning centres, sports facilities, theatres, workplaces, multi-residential housing, bespoke residential and public realm projects, providing a broad understanding of how architecture can support people, organisations and communities.
Driven by the belief that the built environment shapes how people experience their lives, Charlie is motivated by projects that create lasting social value. He finds particular reward in delivering public-facing projects that bring people together and positively influence everyday experiences.
Charlie approaches design as a responsive and collaborative process, balancing user needs, site context and stakeholder aspirations to create thoughtful, enduring outcomes. An effective communicator and project leader, he brings strong stakeholder engagement skills, technical capability and a talent for aligning project teams around a shared vision to achieve successful outcomes.
