As GGA’s Submissions Coordinator, Tess works alongside the Submissions + Marketing Officer to strengthen the Practice's Marketing and Communications function. With several years’ experience in submissions and compliance in the architecture industry, and a background in organisational psychology, she brings a unique blend of strategic thinking, creative production and people-focused insight to the role.

At GGA, Tess coordinates the full lifecycle of tender submissions, from interpreting client briefs and developing win strategies through to layout, editing and final delivery. She works fluidly across text and graphics, ensuring every submission, EOI and fee letter communicates with precision and reflects the studio's design standards. Her compliance experience strengthens internal processes, while her organisational psychology background enhances internal collaboration and stakeholder coordination. 

Having a genuine passion for industrial and interior design, Tess is drawn to the way considered design can transform a space and shape human experience. This sensibility extends into everything she does; she is a natural collaborator who believes that the best outcomes are achieved through genuine connection and thoughtful communication.
