Peter is an an exceptional facilitator with proven skills in moderating design outcomes to achieve objectives for lasting legacy projects. His hands-on approach enables him to resolve issues and points of difference early so that the wider project team can remain focused on productive work. 

With a background in architecture, Peter is a specialist in managing design and documentation teams to realise complex infrastructure projects. He has a proven track record over 30 years as a senior project leader and design manger on a diverse range of technically challenging projects including many of Australia’s largest projects. As part of his Design Manager role on the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Peter worked with international experts and key suppliers to research and develop the construction principles necessary for an Importance Level 4 Facility to allow the hospital to remain operational after a 1-in-500 year earthquake. 

As project delivery periods reduce, skilled resources are harder to source and design and documentation often now run parallel with construction, Peter has developed many tools and strategies to ensure that critical design and documentation tasks are fast tracked and managed effectively.
