As GGA’s Studio Coordinator, Nicole provides a professional and welcoming front-of-house presence for staff and visitors alike. She plays a key support role in the day-to-day smooth and efficient running of the studio, providing administration, travel, facilities, compliance requirements, and events coordination.

With a background in human resources spanning over a decade, Nicole brings a strong foundation in people, systems, and organisational effectiveness. She later retrained as a graphic designer and worked freelance, broadening her creative and technical skillset. At GGA, she draws on this diverse experience to support the team, with a genuine appreciation for architecture and design.

Nicole is committed to continual improvements, applying a thoughtful and proactive approach to processes and team support. She brings empathy, adaptability, and a people-focused mindset, anticipating needs and enabling others to perform at their best.
