Narelle is the Practice Manager at Grieve Gillett Architects, where she oversees the smooth running of Practice operations. With a background spanning executive support, office management, and strategic operations, she brings deep experience in managing people, systems and processes that enable creative teams to thrive.

 

At GGA, Narelle leads operations, quality assurance, recruitment and IT, while driving initiatives in people and culture, staff wellbeing, and continual improvement. Her strategic mindset, financial acumen and motivational leadership style make her a trusted partner to the Directors, and a champion for the professional development and success of every team member.

 

With roots in the building and construction industry and prior experience in drafting and interior design, Narelle brings a unique understanding of architectural practice. She is passionate about fostering a positive, purpose-driven culture where individuals and the Practice can grow together.

Grieve Gillett Architects is an award-winning multidisciplinary architecture, interior design, heritage and urban design practice on Kaurna Land in Adelaide, South Australia.
