As GGA’s People, Culture + Development Lead, Kellie is responsible for fostering a connected, supportive and thriving workplace. Working across learning and development, engagement, wellbeing and professional growth initiatives, she helps shape the systems, programs and everyday experiences that support GGA’s people-first culture.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the design and creative industries, Kellie began her career in visual communication and branding, leading teams to deliver award-winning projects. Through senior leadership roles, her focus increasingly shifted from project outcomes to the people behind them, developing a passion for leadership, mentoring and professional development.
Kellie has a strong history of industry leadership, including serving as AGDA SA President and a National Board Member, and contributing to the UniSA School of Art, Architecture and Design Advisory Group, reinforcing her collaborative, cross-disciplinary approach. Known for her ability to listen, connect with people and translate vision into action, she works closely with GGA’s leadership and staff to support our people, strengthen culture and foster wellbeing across the practice.
