Carly is the Finance Officer at Grieve Gillett Architects, bringing over two decades of experience in the construction industry. Through the previous co-ownership of a family trade business, she developed an all-round understanding of finance, estimating and the fast-paced realities of the building sector.

At GGA, Carly leads the daily financial operations of the Practice, from project invoicing and budget tracking to forecasting and reporting. She partners closely with the Directors to bring structure and clarity to complex financial decisions, supporting both the health of individual projects and the Practice as a whole.

With a strong appreciation for design and architecture, Carly thrives in the dynamic environment of architectural practice. Her calm, grounded approach – combined with her sharp financial insight – makes her a trusted voice within the Practice and a valuable advocate for thoughtful, sustainable growth.
