Bronwyn is an experienced Document Controller with a strong background in ensuring quality, compliance and accuracy across major infrastructure projects all across Australia. She maintains a single source of truth for all documentation, applying rigorous version control and proofing practices to ensure that all transmitted documents are current, correct and easily accessible.

At Grieve Gillett Architects, Bronwyn oversees document management for major projects such as the $3b Women’s & Children’s Hospital, developing structured cloud environments that allow the consortium team to easily find, access and review documents. She implements naming conventions, controlled access and approval workflows while ensuring compliance with legislative and industry standards.

Known for her collaborative and innovative approach, Bronwyn engages with colleagues across all levels, assisting teams with IT, information management and document processes. An open-minded team player, she brings a commitment to continual improvement and a passion for applying her expertise to the architecture sector.
