Raymond is a motivated senior architect with extensive experience on projects up to $200m. His design innovation is demonstrated in an impressive portfolio of largescale multi-residential and mixed-use development, along with commercial, civic and education projects. Multi-lingual and with international experience, Raymond brings a global and culturally sensitive perspective to architecture.

Raymond’s organisational, team building and technical skills see him manage projects from conception through to completion. He effectively coordinates project teams, program and budget, ensuring quality across compliance, documentation and design outcomes. He can articulate design concepts and requirements through oral, written and visual communication techniques, including graphics and animation.
 

Raymond is dedicated to instilling ESD principles at concept design phase, blending his technical and commercial understanding to maximise project opportunities. Always maintaining a client service mindset, he prides himself on his proactive communication and attentive listening.
