The Totalspace Design team were engaged by Broken Hill Community Credit Union to transform their branch into a inviting space designed with the end user in mind.
Broken Hill Community Credit Union’s (BHCCU) vision was to create a space that challenges the norms of banking environments; sterile, impersonal and formal, and instead provides an environment that is warm, welcoming and personal. An earthy colour palette consisting of shades of ochre and rust were used to reference the unique local landscape of the Broken Hill region. Whilst a combination of textured materials provide visual and tactile interest.
Family friendly, a cosy waiting area connects out to a children’s breakout space. With a strong focus on creating space that is both staff and client friendly, Totalspace Design were able to create a space that successfully encapsulates the welcoming nature of the staff at BHCCU.
“The Team at Totalspace Design are skilful, proficient and responsive and I have no hesitation in recommending them for project design and management.” - Andrew Pellizzer, BHCCU General Manager.
